- Damage During Shipping:
- If your artwork arrives damaged, please report the damage to us within 3 days of receipt. To initiate a claim, please provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Since a signature is required for delivery of our art, we would suggest you ask the delivery person to wait while you open and inspect the items and see that they are not damaged.
- Returns for Other Reasons:
- If you are not satisfied with your artwork for any other reason, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We are happy to discuss potential returns or exchanges.
- Return Conditions:
- Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please ensure that the item is securely packed to prevent any further damage during transit. And properly insured or declared value stated with shipping service.
- Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned artwork and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Less shipping fee and restocking fee. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom artwork and commissions are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
